These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website (“Site”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start to use the Site. If you do upload any materials onto the Site, you warrant that they comply with our acceptable use policy and you will indemnify us against any and all costs, losses, damages and expenses (including administrative and legal expenses) that we may suffer or incur as a direct or indirect consequence of any breach of that warranty. Our Liability
we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Site is available to you at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the Site or any individual function or feature of the Site will always be available and/or error free. Our total aggregate liability to you under or in relation with these terms and conditions in any 12 month period, including (but not limited to) liability for breach of contract, misrepresentation (whether tortuous or statutory), tort (including but not limited to negligence) and breach of statutory duty, will not exceed the total subscription fees (if any) paid by you to us in that 12 month period for a subscription to use the Site. Please note that separate terms and conditions will apply to any such subscription.

To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
• all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity; 
• any responsibility for or liability arising out of any dealings you have with third parties that take place using or are facilitated by the Site; 
• any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Site, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for: 
loss of income or revenue;

        3.  loss of anticipated savings;

Notwithstanding this, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect any liability we may have for:

Viruses, Hacking and other offences

Jurisdiction  and applicable law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions.
